Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same account. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal request is processed. OKBetCC reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for the purpose of security verification, fraud prevention, or KYC completion. Holds are not indefinite — if a player fails to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days, the account may be suspended pending further review.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. OKBetCC will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee. The dormancy fee is ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account is closed. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.
A bet placed on okbetcc is only confirmed once the platform has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference number visible in your bet history. Selections added to the betslip but not submitted and confirmed are not active bets. OKBetCC reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or after the relevant market has closed.
The minimum stake per individual bet is ₱10. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account history. Maximum limits are displayed in the betslip before confirmation. For parlay bets, payout caps apply — these are shown at the time of bet placement. OKBetCC reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns.
If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will remain valid unless the player requests cancellation. If the event is postponed beyond 48 hours or is cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. Live bets placed after a game has started are settled based on the result at the time the game was suspended, provided a sufficient portion of the game was completed. Okbetcc may void bets placed on markets where odds were published due to a manifest error — such as a technical malfunction causing significantly incorrect pricing. The player will be notified, and stakes will be returned. The decision of okbetcc management on what constitutes a manifest error is final.

Game outcomes are independent of all previous results and cannot be influenced by the player, the platform, or any third party.
